Making an Already Installed Device Controllable

The WallSwitch plugs into a power circuit and controls it remotely. The connected device—light fixture, fan, pump, or space heater—does not need to be replaced or be “smart.”

Where to install it

Its dimensions allow it to fit behind an existing switch, in a wall box, or in the base of a light fixture. Nothing changes visually in the room; the wall switch continues to function normally.

WallSwitch or Relay

The WallSwitch directly switches 110–230 V AC power.The Ajax Relay provides a dry contact rated for 7–24 V DC for devices with their own control input—such as gates, door strikes, and automation systems.
