The device combines the functions of two sensors—a motion sensor and a glass-break sensor. It detects movement in the room up to a distance of 12 m and detects glass breakage up to a distance of 9 m from the window. The device detects motion even in hot climates thanks to temperature compensation. It filters out false alarms caused by thunder, barking dogs, or the noise of passing trucks.
