What the voice makes possible

A remote monitoring operator who can listen can immediately distinguish between an intrusion and an accidental alarm. And a real intrusion is often halted the moment a voice calls out to the intruder by name from inside the building.

The SpeakerPhone also works the other way around: someone on-site—a family member, an employee, or a child who has come home alone—can answer and let the caller know that it’s a false alarm.

In the main room or near the most likely point of entry, within earshot of the monitored areas.
